Time is hard, so perhaps that’s why they didn’t wanna honour their warranty. Doesn’t even bother taking a second look and just put the blame on customer’s fault. Unbelievable.

I normally would never leave a bad review and especially when it’s a store that I go to a lot for most of your kitchen supplies but on this occasion I feel it’s necessary.The lady that served us was really unhelpful when the a advertised price was wrong that was put on a dinner set that we wanted to purchase.She blamed a customer for the mix up even though the display set that was out of the box was wrong too.It’s not the customer problem to fix a price mix up and was very dismissive about the whole order deal.It’s was a very disappointing experience and we will shop elsewhere in the future.
