Extremely BAD service here go to another telecommunications provider or another store.Just needed to hand in an old phone, had to drive from Bribie Island, Thought Id be really quick but am still waiting to be served an hour later, still waiting, taking the time and also having to drive to a very important meeting afterwards this is causing me to be late as the time being here waiting to be served I wasnt prepared for, so now we'll be stuck in Bribie Island traffic. (If you know bribie Rd) They are ignorant of anyone standing at service desk. There is also a lineup behind me.

Absolutely disgusting service,Lady that served me didn’t know the answer to my question. And when I said “I’m not sure if you understood the question”She then started speaking to me in a very rude way, I then said “ I don’t appreciate the way your speaking to me”And was told to leave the store.If you don’t train your staff properly at least teach them to ask for help instead of abusing your customers.

I went into this store yesterday because I had some weird things happening with my phone bill and Paige was awesome and helpful. I wanted to give her a review through the Optus text message service. However, the review service seems very user unfriendly and went into the too hard basket but Paige was awesome so shout out to her

Came to the morayfield store today (as we have been loyal customers since the virgin takeover and hold 6 accounts linked with them) to transfer data from one Phone to another at at around 10.30 am. The man (young islander gentleman) sitting at the front counter refused to help. Said it could not be done in their store. We advised we had it done only a few months ago and he said things have changed go to Happy Tel and ask them to help.He said they now refuse to transfer data from one phone to another at their store.Didn’t think Optus could afford to lose any more customers but thanks to this unhelpful and juvenile treatment we are going to move to Boost after many years with you.What’s even more ridiculous was while Happy Tel were fixing our phone, we watched the same gentleman playing on his phone non stop for over 45 minutes and doing no work - except turning customers away. Shame on you, keep this treatment up and you will have no customers left. We are now in the process of researching and moving to Boost mobile. You really need to train your staff on customer service skills, his skills were the worst I have ever come across.

The staff are lazy. Needed a mobile data sim plan. The staff member gave me a SIM card and told me to call the Optus number as they were too busy. So I did as instructed. Called Optus and was told that it cannot be done because of their security breach and I could be anyone. This is a complete joke of a company and I have now gone down the road of changing providers. What a joke.

They put a phone on hold for me so it wouldn't be gone by the time I drive 15 mins to get there, and they helped me set me up with a plan with my new phone as quick as possible

DEC 22’ - Visited the Morayfield store on Sunday to trade up my phone and start a new contract. All was fine however I could not hand my old phone back due to a technical issue. I ended up going to the North Lakes store, which they noticed something wrong with my new contract which did not state my trade up fee from my old contract. This has been a huge inconvenience, I have spoken with 4 Optus representatives to try and resolve this which could have been avoided if the lady showed some diligence and included this into my new contract. Lucky for the North Lakes team, if I would of handed my phone in I would have had the whole device repayment come out of my account! Very useless customer service from the Morayfield team.UPDATE MARCH 23It has taken Optus 4 months to rectify all of the above. My bills were $500 + because an incompetent employee from the Morayfield store could not complete my trade up correctly. After 20+ calls and instore visits to the amazing North Lakes team this has been finally resolved and I SHOULD have a normal bill for the month of April.Peice of advice - Make the trip to the North Lakes store if you are thinking of getting a phone/trading up or just anything in general. Morayfield store are hopeless.
