One of the cleanest and nicest toilets I have seen recently at a service station. The young man working there was very pleasant as well.

The air compressor never works. They always give some excuse. the pumps are old and outdated.

They provides wrong timings regarding opening times.They are not running a reliable business.

Beware. Archaic station. Paypass doesn't work.

i think the staff go to jail because its a really bad store but now they upgraded it and now its good new staff are nice maybe they should add wild bean cafe

Craigieburn BP staff (one lady in particular) has a disgraceful and pathetic attitude. She persistently harassed my friend to “move along” as she was parked at the shop, NOT in anyones way or in a signed area indicating no parking. My friend is a new mother who was distressed so much by the harassment she felt the need to talk to me about it. This staff member is lucky I wasn’t there to give it back as she gave a mouthful to a breastfeeding mum in her car trying to calm down her new baby on one of her first longer trips with him. Absolutely horrified and implore you to educate your staff on the human rights of breastfeeding women in public but also human decency.

Today, I filled up petrol in my car here and showed them my uber bp discount reward card and I was supposed to pay it via a gift card but neither of the staff including the manager agreed to the fact that I can avail my bp rewards card and the gift card together which I’ve done hundreds of times at every bp, including this one. I cannot expect that as a manager he can train anyone because a trainee was standing on the side and she was instructed that customers cannot scan the bp reward card if they pay with the gift card. Hence i had to pay extra at the store bcz i was supposed to get a 9cpl discount which I didn’t get. Very disappointed with the service and would never come here again.

Good for a quick top up prices are always competitive.

I often find lower fuel prices in this station.
