I have had an excellent experience working with the lawyer, Owen Tongue. He is very polite, good in communication, dedicated and effective. He explained clearly any issues and provided good advise to resolve them. He has a very good knowledgeof the law and regulations relating to commercial leases. As the tenant's lawyer only works part time, Owen worked very hard to respond promptly to the other lawyer. I felt so confident to have him as my lawyer and I would highly recommend him in the future.
