Gave me her opinion instead of answering my enquiry without bias. Said I was unreasonable and even though I was within my rights to refuse entry , she was very much on the agents side. I felt very judged and looked down on as a tenant.

I spoke with one of the girls today at REIWA . I didn't realise that REIWA is only there to advise and can't put complaints in to the real estate agents. The only people who can take it further are Consumer Protection//Department of Mines Industry Regulation and ask them to put you through to Code of Conduct of Real Estate Agents. I had the most unhelpful lady today who was rushing me off the phone. All she had to say was call consumer Protection, ask for Code of Conduct instead of me having to work out who to speak to? This lady needs more training by Emma who is brilliant in there.

Sold a house through Scarp Realty. I found Anneli to be very professional in her approach. She combines this with great enthusiasm and an attitude which says she will get the best for her client. We got a good price in a short space of time, and this was because Anneli went above and beyond to follow up with contacts, and be prepared to show people the home at any time. I commend her highly.

Have attended seminars here. Pleasant, modern venue with clean toilets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Vegan + GF dietary requirements are catered for. Note The facilities are on level 1 of the building and there is access by stairs. Not sure if there is elevator access.

I bought a house through Paul Napper at the Perth Realty Group. Paul was extremely professional and made sure that the house I was buying was right for me. My experience with REIWA has been nothing short of absolutely amazing.Having such industry experts offer their time advice and wisdom to me over the years has been a godsend and I should have written this review sooner.I feel very fortunate and grateful to have been given their phone number by a colleague, all those years ago, and now, as I again sign off from yet another, informative and helpful conversation with the friendly team in their office, I’m reminded that there truly are some kind people in the world.Thankyou for always being the voice of reason and knowledge in my pocket.

Called in to buy some non member firms and had to stand around for a while then eventually somebody came to help.I paid cash left my details but forgot to ask for a Tax receipt. Called back and left my details. No response so far. Quite poor service

On the last stretch of my sales registration training. I can not praise this company enough when it comes to the training they offer. They project such genuine positivity and enthusiasm throughout every stage of your journey. Their feedback and support throughout is by far the best I've ever experienced from ANY training provider. I've done the whole Uni route, Tafe, online courses, other cert iv and diplomas through other RTOs and I can honestly say their service, attitude, respect and genuine passion for helping us achieve our goals is what I believe make them the best.

My review of this institution is 2 fold. If I could bestow a 5 star rating on the representative who corresponded with me I would.Unfortunately, as an establishment that is supposed to set a standard for the real estate industry, you have been absolutely woeful and have even exacerbated the rental crisis facing this state.
