I used to be so scared of going to the dentist.! but everyone here has made me feel so comfortable. Everyone is super happy, bright and bubbly and a breath of fresh air. Super professional I highly recommend to everyone

For the first time I missed an appointment, previous to this I had always called to rebook. I am a residential youth worker and was stuck on shift, therefor I could not leave. Being stressed and stuck from a night shift I forgot to call and cancel. I had a very rude receptionist call me and explain I have done this before, I told her I had not and always canceled. She begin to read out why I missed an appointment previous. (My six year old son was sick) am I expected to bring my sick child into a dental surgery? My partner works away, I had no alternative child care arrangements so had to cancel. I spoke to that day a kind receptionist who sympathises with me on life happens being a parent. However the treatment i received today from someone else was not as kind particularly from a practice who prides themselves on being family friendly! I understand missing an appointment is frustrating, I however had no control over this and was made to feel like a bad patient when I have not done this before. I have spent hundreds of dollars and planed to spend more on Invisalign, now I will be going elsewhere to another dental practice that understands life happens being a parent, and accidents happen and sometimes you forget to cancel!

The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our dentist offered great advice and clear communications around our next steps. My daughter is often anxious at the dentist and she enjoyed her experience too. Very professional dental practice, great experience!

Windsor Garden Dental has been really helpful with my treatment. The team there is lovely and pleasant to talk to always. Dr G was amazing!!!!! I had to get my tooth extracted which also wasn’t an easy extraction and was a complicated surgery but her experience and her skills are at par, she was fabulous and made it completely painless. She made sure I felt no pain at any time. The surgery went really smooth and I felt no complication during or after. She advised me the best follow up which worked wonders even post the surgery of my tooth extraction. I have utmost confident in her treatment and would highly recommend her for any sorts of dental treatment. Undoubtedly she’s the best! Thanks Dr G and team.

Dr.Malik is a kind, knowledgeable and caring person, with a magic touch, always being able to fix my problems with a great success. Feel very comfortable coming regularly for checkups so, if you looking for the best quality service, highly recommend.

We visited the Winsdor dental clinic in an emergency, Dr. G helped us a lot. She gave us the right information and treated the issue straight away without wasting any time. She extracted the tooth same day without any pain. She is outstanding in her practice, and she has a positive attitude towards her patients. I highly recommend Dr. G for any kind of dental treatment.

Windsor Garden Dental has been really helpful with my mother's treatment. Specially Dr G (Gaytri) was so wonderful as she is very dedicated and has a very positive attitude towards her patients. My mother had to get her tooth extracted in an emergency as she was in terrible pain.Dr. G made the process very quick and easy and extracted her tooth the same day. My mother's experience was so wonderful and she did not feel any pain in the process. We got the follow up call from the reception couple of times.
