WOW - The service was fantastic. Initially I purchased coded locks through the Locks Galore website because it provided a lot of product information and the videos were extremely helpfull. I was really blown away when the order I placed on Monday arrived in Adelaide on Tuesday. I then placed a larger order and Locks Galore phoned me to clarify and explain the product before shipping. This order also arrived from interstate the following day.This level of service is hard to find and the product was excellent quality. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

THE WORST customer service I have every had in my life!!!!!Unhelpful, rude and unwilling to resolve any problems.If you can avoid them steer clear! Not worth the hassle.Colin even hung up on me! So don't try calling. Colin doesn't even like to reply to emails. HONSETLY don't waste your time with this business.

Best customer service I have experienced for a long time. Having placed an order on-line, I received a voicemail shortly afterwards checking the details of the order. When I returned the call and confirmed the details, I was offered an updated model which avoided the need for an additional part and was refunded for the unnecessary part immediately. The order arrived promptly and the items were of high quality. For any future lock purchases I will certainly use this company again.

I ordered a passage set but the springs inside snapped less than a year later. Locks Galore refunded the money I paid promptly, and said they had stopped selling those items because the quality had deteriorated. I was impressed by their understanding and honesty.

Excellent customer service.I had an issue with Aust Post on one of my deliveries and locks galore sorted it all out for me and kept me up to date with delivery.I was surprised they had someone so readily available to assist.Will definitely buy through them again.

Extremely helpful and the service is excellent. 100% would recommend.I was let down by a lock supplier on a commercial job. Contacted locks galore at 10am on Wednesday morning. They immediately express posted 50+ locks to brisbane from Melbourne. I have received them a little over 24 hours later.
