We've used these guys a few times now and it's a gem. My dog never feels scared or weird going in which is a good sign.

The team at Pawsh have been looking after my little Louis for many years, he always loves spending the day there with them.

Our little Toffee went in for her first groom yesterday. She is only 4 months old and can be very anxious but these guys really looked after her and she came out looking so very cute! Will be back in a couple of months! Thanks for looking after her so well!

Ash and the team are lovely. They always do a fantastic job and Shelby is always happy to spend time at Pawsh. I love the fact that they can hang out together and play without being in cages all day. They always take the extra time to get the details right.Mark

Absolutely Terrible Service . Worst Groomer I had for My small breed . I was first timer , the Owner didn’t know who I was on arrival and messed my phone number up so she couldn’t contact me to advice me to pick up my Dog. My Dog has very uneven cut and her Long Beautiful Ears have been cut Off , she is female and given a Male Cut . The owner didn’t greet me at pick up but had the assistant give me non apologetics money exchange. I dropped my Dog off at 8 am and couldn’t pick up till 11.30 am Very Long Wait and Worst Grooming Ever, My Female Dog Looks Terrible and Very Bad Customer Service.

We love this place! They are so sweet to our baby April, it means a lot to me as a pet owner to have a cage free, friendly, dog loving environment. She always comes home smelling fresh with a cute little haircut <3

STAY CLEAR of this groomer! I Will never ever go back!!!My cavoodle puppy had been once before for a wash and to get use to the grooming process and he came home happy. So when it was time for a proper groom at 7 months old we went back- and it was the worst experience.I dropped him off at 7:30 am with a personalised lead and collar and was told he would be ready to collect at 3:30pm. My partner returned to collect him at 3:30 and he was sitting in the corner not trimmed or washed! The girl said she has told me he wouldn’t be ready until 5:30, they had clearly forgotten about him. And they also said he got dropped off with no collar or lead....We then returned at 5:30 and they had rushed trim and terrified him to the put he couldn’t run out the door faster. They had also given away the lead and collar to someone else. When we got him we realised his eyes were red and swelled up so bad he couldn’t open them!I tried calling Pawsh pets several times over the next 2 days with no response and when I did finally get in contact with me they told me it was common and happened with a lot of their dogs eyes and it should go away on its own.....The vet advised that his eyes swelling shut was caused by trauma to the eye that the groomer has done when rushing his hair cut either scratched knocked or cut both his eyes!!He is now terrified of all groomers

Max loves going to Pawsh. He always looks great and smells lovely. The groomers obviously love dogs and have a lot of experience!

Great, our toy poodle got look after while we shopped. Never thought id say that lol.Dog looked real nice before we went to the beach for the record.
