Plumbdog Plumbing would have to be one of the best companies I have ever used. Down from the the initial contact with customer service, who not only answered all my queries in a competent and professional manner, but had a plumber to me by the 7.30am the next morning. Darius was on time and beyond helpful and understanding of my anxierty given it was a leak detection test to sell my house. He was thorough and contacted me on the phone throughout the course of his inspection to keep me abreast of any findings. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for this company at what is a very stressful time. I rate these guys 100 stars out of 10!!! And I am not just saying that.

James did a great job. He found where the leak was very quickly, then fixed it very quickly also. Would definitely use Plumbdog again!!They were actually the second plumber I got out. The first one just said the leak would be hard to find, would have to remove all the cupboards, it’s in a very awkward spot, could take 5 hours or so…. I’m so glad I decided to try Plumbdog!

I needed a plumber quickly to my rental property in Westminster. I booked online in the evening and nominated a time that my tenants would be home. Darius called on his way the next day to confirm and was at the house in less than 24 hours. He then called with a quote then contacted with the outcome. I was also sent photos with my invoice. An additional leak was detected and repaired and the cost still came in under the estimate. I could have been charged the full quoted amount and would not have known any different. This shows great integrity Plumbdog. The customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Darius at Plumbdog.
