Iain completed an urgent pool certification for my rental property when I was oveseas and could only communicate by email. He was prompt, easy to deal with and didn't overcharge when he could have. I needed a pool scoop and he found one cheaper than quoted and passed that saving onto me instead of marking up as he could have. Highly recommended.
