Great experience! I called and they had the exact untreated hardwood sleepers i needed for my veggie patch. Delivery was inexpensive and the timber arrived 3 hours later. I will be back. Thank-you

Ordered some decking and was told it would be ready in a week.It took 3 months to get close to what I needed and I ended up finishing the project with Bunnings timber. Still owed 22 boards that I was told would incur an extensive fee to restock(30%) so decided I would take the boards and either sell myself or use on some other projects. Months pass and finally I get hold of Dennis he agrees that 15% restock fee will apply and I won't.take the timber.... More months no refund it's getting pretty ridiculous I'm considering paying him a face to face visit.

Order for 3 pieces of 4 meters of concrete 375 mm pipes and paid with credit card. Never delivered on the agreed date or time. Order cancelled and agreed t refund the money. Phoned and messaged multiple times but slipped away with excuses, at last refused to refund the money. His business needs to be reported and get cancelled his ABN.

I have been a carpenter/ builder for 25 years and never have I been messed around and lied to by a supplier like these guys. I ordered 500lm of decking in February and got my first delivery in April of 250m, another 3 weeks for for 120lm and I still waiting on the rest. Not only that but 30% of it was in lengths less than 1.5m and was not much better than firewood. They still owe me $2000 or $130 lm of select decking. I would like to see them go out of business so nobody else goes through this. They delayed my job by months. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Sells timber they don’t have. Took 5 weeks to complete the order we were promised in a week. Heard all the excuses.Won’t be dealing with them again

Absolute joke of a company. Made a Order and they said it would be ready in 2 weeks, called up on the 2 week mark and it wasn't ready and than everytime I would call up and ask where the Order is he would make a excuse Up and say he would call me back, which he never called me back this went one for a month. And than I asked for a refund and that took 2 weeks to do. Same thing excuses after excuses and no calling back. The place looks like a bomb has hit it as well. No organisation. Not worth any stars
