Laser Clinics Australia - Robina Town Centre

A bit frustrated as I was 5 minutes late to my appointment due to a car accident that occurred only a few minutes before I got on the highway. Not to mention I tried calling the clinic when I realized there was an accident to see if I would still be able to be seen if I was late and was on hold for 6-7 minutes with no answer. I only hung up because I finally parked. When I arrived no one was in the waiting area but the girl who was supposed to do my appointment said she couldn’t do it because she was booked fully. It was a waste of my time that no one could answer the phone but also be understanding that I tried to do the right thing and call and they couldn’t pick up the phone. I was still charged for the appointment and then received an email that I no-showed. I’ve had varying degrees of professionalism and attention to detail during that actual lasering but I think after I finish my pre paid sessions I will definitely not be coming back anymore.

Wasnt happy with this place at all. At my consultation the girl never asked if i was on medication. Went in for my appointment had to wait for an hour for the next available time because i was 5 mins late. When i went into the room i mentioned the medication i was on and didnt end up getting a treatment as the medication i was on at the time you cant be on when getting laser. I paid the $99 for 3 sessions i think the sale was at the time. Emailed the clinic to receive a refund that i was told i would get after the manager got back to me. Gave them my bank details. Never received that refund. At that point i was frustrated that i wasnt getting much help with this matter so i gave up at that point. Never going here again.

This place has been wonderful. I’ve used their products for my face which cleared my cystic acne and Sharon has been so helpful with laser hair removal. Highly recommend.

Ellie is honestly the best technician in the biz. I have jumped around clinics for the bast part of 3 years with laser hair removal only to find incompetence and unprofessionalism everywhere you look. Until I came across LCA Robina and found Ellie. Professional, friendly and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients. When spending thousands of dollars on hair removal, it’s of great comfort knowing I’m in great hands and will always receive impeccable service.

Very professional staff, and clean clinic.I had a laser treatment program designed specifically for my needs by their clinician Sharon to rectify broken capillaries and pigmentation issues with aging skin.The results have been amazing!I have tried several skin care products over the years without noticeable results, since using skinstitute products to the last 4 months my skin is firmer, clearer complexion, well hydrated, and a noticeable difference in the reduction of fine lines around the eyes and softening of brow lines...I LOVE IT!

Right from the very first phone call through to the day of the treatment the staff were super helpful and understanding of my needs and wants.After having a rather unpleasant laser hair removal experience in Sydney I was a little hesitant however was pleasantly surprised to find it was nowhere near as painful this time round and a lot quicker than my previous experience.Georgia is amazing at what she does and I look forward to each and every session with her as I evolve into my new hairless body.Can’t recommend this clinic enough 5 stars from me.

I have been going to this clinic for years now. I get both my laser hair removal and skin needling done and although I may see a different staff member sometimes, they have all been lovely.I always feel comfortable in the clinic too and the girls always keep you talking to help you with any concerns or queries you may have. Definitely recommend a visit.
