Love waiting 5 minutes to pump my fuel and then stand at the counter for another 5 mins waiting for him to finish making his coffe to serve me, ps not a single other person in here

Very bad service here. I don’t what’s the name of lady I’m just buy 2 things she don’t know how to calculate and she’s talk rudely and when I’m asking for my slip she’s said sorry man i can’t because machine not working. First of all she’s not wearing the proper dress she’s just wearing a tidy coat and she’s don’t know how to talk with their costumers

Visited the store on 23/7/21 around 8:30pm just to takeaway some food before I got home from work. Was served by a grumpy, rude, middle-aged lady that kept making remarks out loud about why people are still coming into store and getting takeaway when they can get Uber. Completely unnecessary and rude. I checked in, wore my mask and getting takeaway from my closest OTR was the most convenient for me. People need to understand that they can't behave this way and think they can get away with it. She should be grateful she still has a job during COVID! If you're unhappy to work there then leave.

Subway closed and removed. Was a reasonably healthy food option. Most staff are excellent

The older guy with silvery hair and blue eyes, how the hell did you get a job in customer service, your an absolute disgrace. Twice I have been in this particular store and been served by this horrible person, absolute pig. Never again

Ask for a chocolate thickshake and all that was in it was milk and no chocolate flavour and when asked for a refund because all that was in the cup was milk he didn't want to give it. Got the refund after a head stuff but won't be going there ever again place needs to get there staff sorted and get better people

The worst service ever ! ! !Wanted a hot dog with a little bit of butter and one with a little bit of butter and tomato sauce.She was too busy on the phone with private conversations that we only got dry buns with the sausage and a drop of tomato sauce . !!!Very rude and arrogant , unprofessional NOT service
