Jeremy and his team built our home in Boronia. Jeremy gave us the confidence we needed to commence the build. From the get-go, he was very attentive to the specifics of our requirements, exploring each concept and quoting us, accordingly, explaining the pros and cons of each option, leaving no stone unturned.Jeremy’s communication skills throughout the entire build were beyond good, and his team’s craftsmanship was exceptional. I used this local business for some work at our house quite awhile ago and some of their work was fair quality. When it came to the finish carpentry, there work was not of tradesman quality- around doors there were big gaps and trim was put on fairly rough. They want to just slap up the job and leave, they need to take more time. There is a sign saying they hire out some small equipment from that little old shed too.

Nearly 10 years ago Actionbuild renovated my old home. I chose them for their reasonable price but mainly they understood and were happy and willing to do the work I wanted. I was very happy with the out come, so when I was lucky enough to build my dream home I of course chose Actionbuild.Jeremy was able to take my drawing and wish list and create an ideal layout for me. My home is completely bespoke with 450 mm thick walls, exposed trusses, Inglenook fireplace, rustic front porch and the whole house wrapped in corten steel.Communication was key and the whole team kept me up to date with when and what was being done. Any changes were no trouble and the whole team took the time to work out how to make my requests come to life.Their work ethic is extremely high, they are professional and polite. I moved into my beautiful home 7 1/2 months ago and they have been happy to come back and fix the few things that have not quite worked through no fault of their own.I would highly recommended Actionbuild to anyone wanting to have a a beautiful, bespoke and professionally built home.

Worst company l have ever had dealings with.Would not fix or complete the build.Actionbiild should not be in business if they are not willing to fix the poor quality work they do and finish it to a livable standard.Very disappointing for something that should have been an exciting time.Would not recommend this company at all .
