This bead shop was recommended to me and what I discovered was a little gem of the most beautiful beads and everything for my jewellery making. I am very impressed with the top quality of their glass beads and excellent customer service. Will definitely buy more beads from them in the future.

I ordered 2 strands that arrived very bad quality. I rang Australiabeads who said they will issue me a refund. Sent them off, 4 weeks later I was told that they haven't checked their po box in weeks!!! Australiabeads said that the beads never arrived!!...no refund. My experience with Australiabeads was terrible, when I tried to call they were either not answering or giving me excuses. Totally ripped off. Never again!
