My experience was shocking. Cleaner arrived an hour late and didn't even bother to let me know.Their cleaning overall was poorly done, items not lifted up to wipe underneath, streaks left on all mirrors, emptying the rubbish there were items left.I cancelled the carpet cleaning there was no way I wanted them to come back into my home.The cleaner used the toilet whilst there and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves, I came home to skid marks in my toilet.I overpayed for poor & unprofessional service, I am infuriated with this establishment.If I could give them a zero star review I would.

Terrible experience with Graychon property management. Made it very clear where invoices should be sent multiple times verbally and via email. Invoices never sent to right address and then am told invoice overdue repeatedly. Cleaner was late by nearly 2 hours on first visit. Unsatisfactory clean, took photos of basic items not even touched despite quote outlining they were included (sink taps not washed at all, surfaces not wiped down, no mopping was done, floors still has dirt and marks everywhere - this is for a standard weekly clean that is meant to have these inclusions. Emailed photos straight after cleaner left and advised I’d like to communicate via email. Had one response acknowledging that it wasn’t up to standard. Replied for further resolution and have received no follow at all, no email reply for nearly 2 weeks now. Was still charged $150 dollars for this “clean”. Do not recommend, avoid at all costs.
