ARB South Hedland

We had THE BEST experience at ARB Port Hedland today. Sadky dont know the name of the bloke who served us but he could not have done more. We xome from Hobart where this is nit so. So thanks, again, great work, great knowledge, great customet relations.

Walked in the store and the person working there was completely uninterested in trying to assist. Tried to look at some products and it was as if I was wasting him time. I was ready to buy $400 worth of gear. Very very disappointing after spending over $20,000 in 2 years with ARB.

Went in there to get some help finding some accessories and was met with an uninterested employee who didn't want to help like I was annoying him. Absolutely disgusting and arrogant. Will definitely not go there again.

I walked in to the store this morning looking to buy some roof racks for my troopy. I know very little about them and thought I’d go in so I could get some help with what I needed. Me and a mate walked in and there was an older lady and another gentleman at the service area and no other customers in the store. They looked at us and then ignored us. The man walked right out and went outside. I thought they might be busy so I looked around a bit. 5 mins later I decided to go up to the counter and ask.After standing there for a moment the lady looks up and says “can I help you” I asked about roof racks for my troopy and she said they don’t make the base racks for troopys and she asked if I’d been on the rhino website as if it was something I was meant to do before bothering her. I said no and she replied with, I suggest you do that. I also enquired about a drawer system. She never got off her chair and asked me to look at a display. When I asked about price she said “I don’t know we would have to add everything up” like it’s a bother. Then gave me a ballpark figure of 3 to 4 thousand. I just left at this point amazed at how little they seemed to want to help me. No sure how everyone else got such good service here…

Had an issue with my arb compressor. Onto tech guy Chris who pointed me to the issue. Being 6000klm from home it was great to talk to a tech and have my issue sorted.Quality product. Quality service.Well done ARB

Unfortunately we do not having anything good to say about this store. After trying to blame us for their lack of communication and sweet talking us with promises originally to get our money we ended up driving the extra klms to ARB Karratha. Our complaint has gone to head office and I hope for ARB sake that more training in customer service is done here.

Great example of a remote ARB outlet, the staff were very helpful, they had the REDARC charger I wanted at the standard, non-Pilbara-inflated, price and the store was well stocked and clean, exactly as you would expect, support local and encourage good business

Instantly greeted with a nice lady as soon as we walked in to the shop, We chatted for a good 30 mins about life! Definitely need more staff like her.

I went here around two weeks ago to ask about a duel battery setup and fridge for the tray of the 4WD. It was obvious from the start the guy at the front was not interested, the lady didn't even acknowledge myself, just sat there on Facebook and when I asked a question to the guy I was greeted with a sigh and rude condersending answers, It took a whole minute if that and I said to him that I was leaving and thanks for wasting my time, It was obvious that a paying customer was not welcome. I would recommend driving to Karratha or Broome to get the required help. I live in Port Hedland and its an agreed consensous through out the town not to go to this shop because this is the non existent customer service that you receive.
