Dodgy, shody work done on my phone and ipad. Simple tasks of replacing an iphone battery and an ipad screen, and was all wrong. Would avoid this shop at all costs.

Got my Pixel 6 screen replaced here. The adhesive glue lasted one week and I needed to go back to get it replaced. A month later it's fallen off again and the screen is not responsive. They also damaged my fingerprint sensor during the process. They offered no refund options.

I came here to get my iPhone 11 screen repaired and when I went to pay I realised my FaceID wasn’t working after multiple tries. I let the technician who fixed my phone know and he said that Apple Security updated 6 months ago which is why it is no longer working and will never work ever again. I asked if he knew this before fixing my phone and he said yes. This excuse didn’t make sense at all so I tried looking for this information in front of him and was unable to find no actual information supporting his excuse. I would’ve preferred to know the possible problems that can happen before handing my phone in. I stood in the shop trying to figure out what I can do but he was no help, saying nothing to my concerns. I took my phone to another repair shop to see what actually happened and they let me know there’s a specific part for FaceID that has been broken and can never be fixed. Payed to have my phone broken with no possible fixes.

Friendly, efficient, fast, great pricing... highly recommendIncredible service replacing screen for older iPhone, super friendly and knew what they were doing. I'd been to another place that had told me it couldn't be done and DIO did it, did it fast, did it for a great price AND helped me out with a few accessories I'd been worried about getting... they really know they're stuff and actually gave GOOD service. Really nice guys.
