Just dropped off my feline fur baby & owner & staff were absolutely fantastic!!Warm, informative & very obviously cat people. Each enclosure ingreat condition & extraordinarily clean. I’m afraid my night’s holiday may prove to be better than any I’ve had!

Caringbah Cat Hotel
Had an amazing first time experience over the long weekend. Dropped my kitten off with Emmalee and team. Apon arrival I was warmly welcomed and able to stay and help settle my cat Oscar in. I've tried a few places in the area and cannot recommend them enough!

Caringbah Cat Hotel
We boarded our two cats with Caringbah Cat Hotel for the first time this year in February and then again in October. As a true cat lady, I was initially worried but Emmalee and the team made sure that our two kitties were so well looked after. They went above and beyond, provided lots of updates, photos and videos so we could see how our cats were doing. We were confident our cats were in great hands and since the very first contact we made, we were treated with respect, honesty and transparency and not just as another name on the customer list. I can highly recommend this cat hotel to anyone looking to board their cat(s) - you won't regret!

Caringbah Cat Hotel
Absolutely 100% love this place and will continue to drop my cats off every time I have to go somewhere for a few days. I have 2 cats, Bluebell and Bella, both sisters who can be a handful because of their polar opposites personalities. I would receive updates on them as well as see their photos up on FB. Upon picking them up everything was clean and they were happy cozying up. Once they got home nothing really changed except for Bella being more outgoing (she is usually shy). I am so happy with everything. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job.

Caringbah Cat Hotel
Emmalee and her staff at the Cat Hotel are fantastic at caring for and responding to neurotic cat parents. They are also wonderful at caring for our beautiful ragdoll Mimi. Mimi has visited 3 times over the last 12 months. She took a couple of days to settle on her first visit (as did I as a helicopter mother fretting from afar). But she hasn’t skipped a beat since those first few days. From the photos provided, to her demeanour when dropped off and picked up, it is clear she is happy and well cared for. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great place for her to stay. It makes holidays for us possible and guilt free. Highly recommended.

Had the best experience with Emmalee and Kat! I got updates every day which helped with the anxiety of having to have my cat somewhere else. Cleo was so well taken care of and I am so thankful to you.If you are looking for somewhere for your furbaby definitely come here

The only place we will leave our fur babies. Our girls a little bit skittish and big changes can really put them on edge. Both times we have left them here they have come back very relaxed!The facilities are really clean, the staff are true lovers of animals with a great level of experience and the regular updates via text are always welcome.Thank you Emma Lee and team!

Caringbah Cat Hotel
First time leaving the cats in a hotel while we went camping and Caringbah Cat Hotel took amazingly good care of our cats. Owners and staff we met were really flexible when we needed to change our booking last minute and all really care about cats and treat them as one of their own. Can't recommend more.
