Rosemary's service and patience with our dog was incredible. Our dog is very anxious around strangers but after getting fully groomed Stella and Rosemary were best friends :)

I asked for my 12 year old border collie to be trimmed to thin his coat a little before summer. He is brushed regularly and had a beautiful coat. What I got was a shaved lumpy dog that resembles a poodle with a tail like a fox. I am so embarrassed for my little man and really disappointed with how he now looks. The quick that was cut when trimming his nails was still bleeding 2 days later.Total hack job.
