Riot Art & Craft Click and Collect

Great items, great specials, however it take over week for them to post anything. I made two orders on at the same time, one from Riot Art, the other from overseas. The overseas order got here before I even received the a notification from Riot about them posting my order.If you order online, expect to wait and if it's for a birthday, order at least 3 weeks prior. My son missed out on his birthday present.

Yesterday I receive a How did Riot Art & Craft do?" email for items that have been purchase but not yet delivered. I thought this strange as the items have not been delivered

The engineer's adage is: good, fast and cheap - choose two. Riot chose good and cheap. They could be more up front about this and manage expectations, instead of disappointing people. As per the other customer experiences, if you want to order, be sure to allow 10-12 calendar days to receive in stock" items."

Good products.3 stars because they could not justify a 100% price increase on a particular product. Im sourcing same product through different supplier for 1/2 the price.

Already contacted your awful customer service. She tried to convince me that my products were fine. It is not normal to have very old poor quality products on opening. Lol then offered a refund which I'm still waiting on and has not been confirmed. Twice that's been offered but not followed through. Very unprofessional! But thank you for your reply making look as if you care. My emails tell another story and I've unsubscribed from the spam I was signed up to making my order and it keeos coming. Unsubscribed now around 20 times so not only have I paid for shoddy supplies but I get to keep reporting your spam. Products are cheap and nasty. Thanks for the spam. Never signed up for the spam. I've unsubscribed and I still get this spam. Destined for my junk folder for eternity

Very positive buying experience! Purchased product online, able to select same day pick up along with time of pick up. Upon arrival was greeted by team then within minutes was given the products with no fuss. Thing to note there are a few places to park your car with different driveways, either of them are fine.

Super easy to order online and collect from the shop. The shop has a massive ongoing discount at the moment.

This is a SCAM. Fraud. Not real. Do not order. No products delivered. No refund. It's a SCAM. This is not real RIOT arts n Craft. It was liquidated a long time ago. You will be scammed.

Spoken to the store manager on 8/03/2023 about the white oil paints quality which I bought a year ago. Obviously she wasn’t happy with first of all, I waited so long. As the regular customer I said to her that I need to report the quality of the products. Then she asked to send her the pictures of the products and will probably do something about it. So I sent an email to support on 8th and 11th of March. By now I am still waiting for some response but very disappointing that nothing has been happening. Poor quality product and poor customer services. I have decided not to come back to Riot art and craft if anyway possible!
