I will never buy or recommend this Business ever again here is my story.I bought a pressure pump for a rental property as it only has tank water, 8 months later it developed a leak that was a manufacturing fault so covered under warranty.I contacted them they ask for a video and receipt and bring in the pump , I did the first 2 and went in and explained as the property was is wooroloo and I work all week and I need to organise to get onto the property and they close at 2 on sat that I can’t leave the tenants without water min would be 3 hour up to a couple of days if I can’t pick it up till after work on Wednesday as I go away for work.I asked if they could give me the replacement pump and then I could do it straight away for them and drop off the faulty pump when get back.Glen was rude and wouldn’t help said I could buy another one and when I drop the other one off they will refund me, willing to take my money as long as they don’t have to help you.Good news though I walked out and went to Rain Chasers in mundaring who didn’t have to do anything, they said here you go have a pump and said drop the other one in when I’m ready, best customer service ever.

I was chasing a tank for a really awkward location on my Ute (between the tray and chassis) the people at tank master offered amazing service right through the buying/troubleshooting process and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Seriously top notch customer service. Thanks again

Bought his Ute off him and said nothing wrong with it. Gave us a manual for it that's not for the car, I tried his keys and he quickly Gave me another set to try, used the original set and doesn't start the car. Spent $800 out of nowhere for a alternator and now our muffler is on the ground, driving back from Kalgoorlie to Midland to get new issue fixed. So far it has cost us about $4k in repairs and bought it for 5.5k 1999car. Tried to ask him about these issues and have no response. He met our son, helping one family to another to buy the Ute to start our family business and just ripped us off and had to cancel on many clients with car trouble and have felt so unprofessional and embarrassed. I dont know why when you have plenty of coin. Thanks again
