My husband and I often shop at Bunnings and find the staff in the department areas to be helpful, friendly and professional. I wish our experience with all the staff was positive but unfortunately some older staff on the checkout and in the special order department are not friendly, are abrupt and less than positive in the way they communicate. A happy attitude in a work place makes a huge difference to everyone’s day.

No stock. Lyn says no stock. But Lyn said she can't help. Why can't she help. No stock... No stock... Faulty lightbulb needs a replacement, but no bloody stock. Order it from another store. Shoppin at Nowra next time

Just had there Easter night. FANTASTIC!!!! The kids had a ball with everything from face painting, raffles, bbq, pop corn, fruit cups and fresh fruit and of course easter eggs!!! As well as jumping castle, mini golf, animal visitors like wombats, crocs and possums, cubscouts display and more. Fantastic job guys. Just Awesome!!!!

The two women in the paint section are rude! I don’t understand if you work in retail or work at a paint counter you surly would be often asked questions regarding paint! These ladies made me feel like I was stupid!Two gentleman from different sections however saw I needed help and assisted me later, then when one was finished he was pulled up by these ladies behind the counter and I turned around to have the three of them staring at me. That’s not a good feeling!
