Our strata manager Sophia Lentros has been very professional in assisting us as we look to improve our property. She is accountable for all her work and shows high levels of integrity. Her efficiency has made this process much easier for us especially in this busy upcoming Christmas period! Our Strata has been with Civium for many years now. In recent years it's been a bit patchy with the level of service, but it is amazing what a difference can be made with a change in staff. Our new Strata Manager, Silvestro is exemplary! Quick to act and on the ball with every issue sent his way. I was pushing the Committee to change agents not long ago but now I am glad we stayed. I just hope he stays as well!

We're constantly receiving outstanding services from Melanie Nunes who is always punctuate, dedicated to provide help for us, very professional and knowledgable on Strata details, and also she is really nice person and no hesitate to explain any details we're not familiar with, we're happy that we have Melanie as our Strata manager.

I recently brought a property in which is managed by Civium Strata Sydney. I came across a few hurdles when wanting to renovate but I was lucky enough to come across the most loveliest and understanding Strata Manager Sophia Lentros. Worst service ever, trying to get one job done for my property, but seems like no one care. Trying to contact the property manager but he is always out of the office, no reply in the email. (I don't like to write negatively about anyone but this time I can't resist myself).

Absolutely tragic at Strata Management. We the tenants and owners managed our property better than they did. No consistency or internal communication within their departments. Save your money and go elsewhere!
