Just rubbishExtremely poor customer serviceIf you listen to the on hold rubbish it’s almost the opposite service they provide.I have requested for help for the last 2 months in regards to my integrated TYRO POS system but nothing other than charging me the monthly fees without a fail.Get SQUARE for free and no monthly fees.

Worst system we have come across for any business based on delivery!Worst customer experience I have ever had, anywhere. If you deliver to your customers DONT use these guys. Also if you are considering IMPOS to integrate with Menulog - DO NOT BELIEVE them. They do not integrate with Menulog at all even though it says so on their list of integrations. They will also try lock you out of your own equipment by making your printers invisible on your network so that you cant use them with your other apps - eg Mobi2go, deliveroo etc. Their support is not just painful but also actually rude. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else.

If I could do less than 1 star I would. Slow and clunky both the actual tills and customer service. I too have been charged months and months of fees and still waiting for the integration to be set up. Do not recommend.

Best pos system I've used in my restaurants. My cafés barcode scanner was previously always slow or sticky" - Impos resolved this for me with a strong link between their hardware and software. Rare to find pos software and cash register packages that hit the mark."

Having used Impos for many years now, I can say that it's by far the easiest system I've come across in both the user interface and BOH reporting. Backend may seem overwhelming at first but once you understand the basics, everything just makes sense!

I have been with impos premium package for last 5 year. recently customer service level drop dramatically. i have been call them 3 times and since July and they said they will give me a call back but NEVER called me back and also they can change service coverage when they want it. Disappointed.

We have used Impos since opening and recently installed an iPad for the floor staff to use. We are a small venue of 68 seats - the iPad and the system means more sales more quickly in busy time. Love it.

This is my first ever review on google, but I’m so annoyed I just had to write something. The whole point of paying for a service is for when something goes wrong, we call customer support so that they can resolve the issue. The monthly subscription apparently doesn’t include onsite technical work. Our cafe opens at 6am, but Impos don’t open support until 7am. I will be without a pos system until they decide to come in to fix the problem at 7.30am. They’re response was, “that’s the best we can do”.Is it really the best they can do? I think the best they can do is come in at 5.55am and try resolve the issue so that we won’t lose any trade or annoy any of my existing customers. Bear in mind their head office is only 5 minutes away from my cafe.James offers great support and trouble shooting over the phone, but the manager has yet to contact me after my many requests to be contacted. The lack of service isn’t worth paying the monthly subscription for. Impos is complicated, and in my view old technology in comparison to other systems I have seen and worked with.I’ll be looking at other pos options, the thought of paying them all the support money over the years is making me cringe.Do research before you select your POS system.
