I had my car cleaned here today (11/06/2023) and honestly they did a really poor job. $195 for this… so disappointing. My car was meant to be cleaned inside and out. It looks like they didn’t even clean the inside at all, windows were not cleaned at all, dust everywhere, carpets not vacuumed properly and surfaces not wiped down. The outside still had dirt and leaves everywhere, this was incredibly frustrating as I only paid this much so I could list my car to sell. I paid for the ceramic coating too and the car was still wet with water after I picked it up, so clearly they didn’t do that either and still charged me for it.

THANKFULLY, this was only the first time I had used this service. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE and go elsewhere to start with.After dropping my car off for a wash & vacuum, I returned find this panel damage. After notifying management I was told the panel has been dislodged for some time, which is simply a lie, and that they take no liability for any damage caused. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Awful clean completed here on 10 November 2022, cannot believe they charged over $300 for this job. Looks like some parts completely missed. Dust and dirt over seats and car plastics, between the seats wasn't cleaned, under seats weren't cleaned, side mirrors still had cobwebs on themEdit: to their credit they reached out after I posted the review and apologised for this. They offered to redo the car but we had already sold it so they gave us credit to use for our other car. Adding an extra star for their proactive effort to rectify the issue

Service was amazing and I even received a complimentary coffee. Highly recommended by the service. However, a couple of attention to details were missing. They are minor but noticeable. Behind the mud flaps on my Ute were missed being cleaned, as was the touch screen media player and part of the internal windscreen. These are things I noticed after I left. Everything else was nicely done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!I took my brand new black Mercedes here to be washed which ended up with scratches all over the bonnet and roof after a wash.I bough it up at the car wash when picking up my car.I was then told it was not their liability and their insurance would reject any claim to do with my car.I now have a bill of thousands of dollars to fix my brand new car and this company is fobbing of any liability.

Paid $150 for an interior clean, and waited 2.5 hours and got a job done that I could have done at home in 10mins. The staff were fine to deal with but it wasn’t worth the $150. There were so many easy to get to spots that they didn’t even touch. They also changed me for a large car and it’s a single cab Ute, so really half the size of a normal car.

Don't get your new car cleaned here.I have had a past with waves, and had a few vehicles looked after, cars, and bikes from time to time.*Service- Full detailing (hand wash only)*I bought a new car and decided to trust waves with it, keeping a good past in mind, signed up for a waves membership and took my car in for a clean.That trust was repayed with a plethora of small scratches all over my car paint, glass, and numerous areas not cleaned at all.I asked only to refund my clean and waves membership in full, knowing how difficult it would be for me to prove that they caused the damage, but attempting to bring the issues to attention to prevent anyone else being affected.They asked me to come in, at which point they offered to charge me $50 to buff all panels, to which I retorted asking why I should be expected to pay to attempt to fix damage that they caused.They told me that it was my fault for bringing in a dirty car (I don't know why I would bring a clean car to a car wash).They said that they accept no liability and that swirls occur when painting a new car (there was no such marks when I picked it up new, and this would not extend to the glass panels between the doors).In short, I no-longer recommend waves car wash and have invested in a high pressure cleaner to do the job myself.

Big disappointment!!! I dropped my car this morning for in and out car wash, vacuum, and wipe etc.. with couple of extra and $70 in total right. My mate picked up my car for me and he thought that they only washed outside of the car and didn't question them. I am not picky person at all however, it is unfair for such a poor-quality service for a $70 car wash. See images for a few examples. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this is not right and I couldn't hold myself by not letting everyone know. Please note, my car was not muddy or extra dirty, so they had plenty time for picking couple of rubbishes and vacuuming and wiping correctly.

This happened to my car because I chose to use the Waves carwash brand @ Phillip. Don’t let this happen to you. I’m now $900 out of pocket and without my car for two weeks. Waves will not even consider helping with the cost I incurred.

Vehicle was cleaned and they took extreme car with the work completed. Was happy with the finished product in the end, but it took quite a while. I was disappointed in how long it took to have 2 vehicles cleaned, particularly when paying quite a large amount of money per vehicle (was the first 2 vehicles to be booked in, but one of the vehicles was cleaned and the second one not started until the first was finished, meanwhile other vehicles that were booked in after mine, were put through and cleaned ahead of my second vehicle).
