Lucent North Sydney

At first glance the apartment looks great, but before you buy or rent, you might want to know that. 1, sound proofing is horrible, i lived there for more than a year and i could hear noise from upstairs every night, even when people walk around in the bedroom, sitting on the bed or closing the bedside table. I couldn't sleep for the first two nights and had to try out different ear plugs. i told the neighbours upstairs about it but they ignored me and it got worse and finally i had to move out after calling the police twice in the middle of the night. 2, after the rain i can often find snails, earthworms and pill bugs on my balcony, thanks to the plants on the rooftop. 3. possibly unsealed air vents, i often find pill bugs in the bathroom and the laundry, sometimes cockroaches, i can only assume they are from the air vents as i have installed premium flyscreens that had the apartment fully sealed already and I kept it very clean. 4. the car spaces near the air vents are extremely dusty, I had someone vacuum cleaned the car space but it got very dirty again in less than two months. 5. nearby groceries don't have parking and walking up the slope is not easy when you carry two bags. if you think the infinity pool can make up for all these problems then go ahead.

This was temporary housing for us. (Thank goodness.) It's a great place, beautiful apartments, conveniently located, people are super nice. Only issue is you don't want to move to the 10th floor. Seems several people on this floor have no idea how to close a door without slamming it... constantly...at all hours of the day and night. Aside from that this place is pretty awesome. I would stay here again for sure. Side note: the gentleman that cleaned our apartment every week were really nice guys and incredible at what they did. So appreciated them. :)

High quality home !

It is the best quality residential apartment building I have ever seen.

A well managed and high class apartment

Our Unit, had inaccessible AC filters and hence not in the best condition, causing us severe allergies, except this the overall stay was very pleasant. We stayed in this apt for over a year. The view accessibility to the bus and trains was amazing, supermarkets pretty close, the unit itself was very nice to live in with lovely sunset views.
