Wedding Snapper

We are very glad we chose Simon to photograph our wedding, he captured the day really well. Simon is very professional, flexible, easy to get on with, and most importantly a great photographer. He was very patient with all our requests, had great suggestions on where to take photos after the ceremony, made sure we didn’t miss a gorgeous sunset during the reception and left us with many happy memories. And only took a couple of weeks to send the photos, knowing how keen we were to see them. Thank you Simon for a great job!

Where do we even begin. We new from the beginning that Simon was the right photographer for our day. We would be more then happy to recommend Simon to photograph anyone's celebration. Simon photographed our wedding just over a month ago and we are extremely impressed with the way Simon was able to make us feel relax and enjoy the time capturing our special day. We got in touch with Simon via his website and arranged the whole thing via email due to us living in another state. Simon was professional and approachable about any request and ideas. Simon understood what we were wanting from our of photos and delivered. The turn around for our photos was quick and easy. We would get Simon to do any future photographs in a heart beat. My husband James and I can’t praise the quality of Simon’s work and his work ethic enough. We first met Simon 10 months before our wedding and knew immediately that we wanted to work with him. He was genuinely interested in getting to know who we are as individuals and as a couple and made us feel very at at ease from the first conversation.Simon’s communication leading up to the wedding was excellent, he got back to any queries we had very quickly and gave us guidance on a photography timeline for the day in order to make best use of his time.On the day Simon was very professional and reassuring. He knows the kind of photos every bride and groom are looking for as well as taking many unique shots. Simon was comfortable ‘doing his thing’ around my parents’ house as well as at the reception which resulted in a number of photos we didn’t realize were being taken which was a lovely surprise.One of the best things about working with Simon is his relaxed nature and ability to fit in. He is very subtle and doesn’t dominate the room like I’ve seen some photographers do. He is also excellent at taking direction and dealing with others who like to consider themselves professional photographers too!We received the online photos within 10 days after the wedding and the USB shortly after that.Overall working with Simon was absolutely fantastic and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

Simon captured our wedding in December 2021 and we love the photos. We had enough to deal with thanks to covid but working with Simon was a breeze. Professional, organised and a calming sense of humour. Prior to the day he scoped out Fitzroy for the perfect shots which made our session seamless and we returned just in time for family photos. He also did a great job of shooting the ceremony and party afterwards. He's a complete package and we'd happily use him again.

We are so happy with our decision to have Simon be our wedding photographer. From the very first email and then the first meeting, Simon was absolutely wonderful - he put us at ease with the whole wedding planning process and was so helpful. Throughout the planning process, he was easily contacted and great to deal with. On the day itself, he seemed to be everywhere at once, capturing the big and little moments with a great eye. Our photos are gorgeous and of excellent quality. We can't rate him highly enough!

Simon is AMAZING!!! We had a very small intimate day and he captured it perfectly! He put us all at ease, Simon was just snapping away in the background capturing our prefect day. I cannot say thank-you enough! The photo's were back to us quickly and the editing was spectacular. Simon is the go-to photographer if you are ever getting married, you will not be disappointed! Simon was recommended to us by some friends, and we could not be happier with the result. He was so professional and relaxed, he made us both feel totally at ease. His photos reflect his relaxed style, and captured so many beautiful moments, and at such high quality. We chose to have Simon for the entire event, which meant he captured all the fun on the dance floor too. As it is with weddings, you try to get around to talk to everyone, but it was impossible. Luckily we were able to see from his photos that everyone was having as much fun as we were!

Simon was brilliant. We had the extra obstacle of rain and gloomy weather on our day, causing us to stress on when and where our photos could be taken. However, Simon was able capture some amazing shots for us and even use the stormy weather by the sea to his advantage. For the lucky moments when we did have no rain, Simon was always on the ball to come grab us so we could still get some amazing shots outdoors. Simon was a pleasure to work with and was amazing at capturing our day. He was very professional, yet made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We had so many of our guests tell us that he was the nicest photographer they have experienced at a wedding! All of our pictures were beautiful too :)
