Not impressed Tool died after 1 week and wouldn't even try to help me out with a claim or repair. Never going back in there. Total Tools is right.

Went into the store last Friday. There were 3 staff at the counter, one was on the phone, one was servering ( which was ok) the other was trying to look busy.No one greeted me I walked around for a couple of minutes without being acknowledged, I left without purchasing, I've shopped in other total tools before withgreat service .very disappointing

Not impressed at all the place is way smaller then it looks they only used a small % of the old Woolworths space and the range of tools is pathetic I wanted a simple 5v or 9v electric driver they had nothing of the sort they could not even order something in Bunnings has several models available

I came and stayed in Merimbula for work because I needed to get a tool for work. Website said open at 730. Get to store and it has a sign saying 9am. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE. I just did alot of unessecercy driving

Not impressed went in there 3 times now for a product in there catalog and they dont keep it in stock not so TOTAL tools after all. they literally had cordless coffe makers and kitchen appliences but none of the 3 differnt tools i wanted why couldn't we get a bunnings they actually have tools for sale. on the plus side the employees where very helpfull would have given 1 star if they where not
