I had a 60 minute float in the sensory deprivation tank and after relaxing in the magnesium I came home and slept for 3 hours as my muscles were so relaxed. Was amazing and want to make this a usual self care treatment.

Sweet Serenity! Is not only a very relaxing and calm environment but Brenda is an amazing Therapist who truly finds your inner thoughts and helps you to heal from within. My treatment was very rewarding and im now on the road to re discovering who i am, or can become. Great team of therapists that can help with almost any issue you’re having. I’ve had many sessions with Tracie who is amazing in every way and Michelle gives the best remedial massages. Highly recommended this entire place. The front room is amazing as well and Matt Is seriously the best cook plus the view is amazing
