Firstly, be aware when you call NATRAD Moorebank to do radiator repairs they redirect you to AA1 mechanics operating under the NATRAD banner and are located within the same facility compound, which was the first initial blindside. Had I known it wasn't officially NATRAD the radiator specialists" touching my car i would have driven away.However NATRAD need to take ownership of the subsidiary mechanics operating under their banner.Overall this was the Worst repair experience Ive ever had

Had a compressor replaced in my Air-Con, significantly cheaper than quoted by the car manufacturer for a brand name compressor. The cost difference for the part costs only was over $1000.00 difference. The customer service was great and they were going to wait after closing time so I could pick my car up as I was running late. The air temp coming out of the vents was recorded at 1deg C, which is lower than when the car was brand new as I measured it at 4.5deg then.

The installers have no idea what they looking at or talking about.. Cheap quote but you'll be ripped off into changing other working parts..

Charged $2000 to replace oil cooler on a my wife’s Holden Trax. Included a radiator flush which was $280! The same price she pays for a service on the whole car! Was given an estimate of $1000-$1500. Would not recommend, absolute rip off
