Thank you! Alexandra went above and beyond for our event and was wonderful to communicate with. She made me feel relaxed and confident from the first interaction, to the last. This translated into a beautiful, seamless function for my sister. I would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the most wonderful time, thank you!! Right from the start, the communication was great and all out needs were met. We couldn’t have been happier with the beautiful set up. Everything was thought out and done so beautifully. The staff were super friendly and food was just devine. Thank you for making our get together so perfect.

Absolutely beyond disappointed with Alexandra and if only I could put zero stars for zero service and no service received. Booked an experience in good faith as paid upfront that Alexandra cancelled with no genuine effort to reschedule or within a reasonable time and have since constantly have to chase her up. A sales return policy null and void if taken money for a service not delivered, which is can only be described as thievery.

Posh Palais was the perfect venue to host a hens party! The room was the perfect size for a group of 25-30 guests and was styled so beautifully by Allie. The food presentation was fantastic particularly the grazing board! Allie made the planning process so easy and left no stone unturned. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Had a picnic at Cherry Hill for 6. Very disappointing. We paid $130 each. We got 3 bottles of wine, 6 beers. We were given one loaf of bread to dip/have with 4 cheeses, hommus, salmon dip and paste. What happened to the dried figs, the caramelised walnuts, the fresh cherries (not on the trees as the season had ended, not in the picnic basket, but only to buy in the cafe!!)?Not sure how you can justify such an exorbitant rate for so little variety and for accessible food rather than exclusive designer food. Mind you, we spent the first 20 mins setting up our “platter” on a single dinner plate for 6 people, that didn’t fit the food nor make it easy for all to reach. Overall wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Waste of money. Not worth the amount they charge!!

We had the most divine time! Perfectly set up, amazing communication and yummy food! Loads of cherry’s to pick and games to play! It was super hot but we were shaded by the big umbrella and had ample ice to keep drinks - and us - cool! Thanks for having us! Just beautiful!

Really bad experience. Alexandra cancelled the booking 4 days prior. We asked the question if we can change the date as our limo company had double booked us. She cancelled the whole booking under that assumption and would not return the $2380 for 14 people. Even though I asked her to reinstate the same day.I should have read the other bad reviews about the business before booking.

Could not recommend more highly! The Posh team helped me organise a picnic for my mum's 60th and were incredible. They helped me arrange things with relatively short notice (a few weeks), were prompt and clear with communication (phone calls and emails), and were very supportive and flexible to help tailor things (location, colour scheme, dessert plates, last minute changes). There were also lots of thoughtful extras in the picnic set (e.g. bluetooth speaker, hand sanitiser and mints).Most importantly, they made it easy to put a stunning picnic together and helped create incredible memories for my mum's birthday. I will definitely be booking through Posh again for future picnics!
