CGC Exhaust Canopy Cleaning

Had the worst experience with these guys. Rang him and asked for a canopy clean. Instead of saying 'hi how are you' or 'no problem' he simply hung up without saying anything.... Then 30 seconds later he sent me a message requesting details about how many filters to clean and my email address. So I reluctantly sent the details and then he never replied to me. Good job.

Our Service call was promptly answered and attended to at very short notice with the staff from CGC attending the job after hours.The job was completed as promised and reasonably priced.They were happy to match the quote provided by another company. Would definitely use them in future and recommend to others as well.

Really happy with the service. They are professional, experience, reasonable price and very friendly. They also provided the canopy cleaning certificate, and the cleaning schedule for you reference.

Had this company cleaned few year ago. Job was not done as quoted in the quotation. No one did take responsibility. He just cut off your line. Do not waste your money!

I also had a bad experience with this company and would not recommend using them. Unless you like wasting money. I paid upfront thinking I would receive good service. The guys that turned up appeared to be very unprofessional.I was sceptical if everything was done properly because of how quickly they were finished.I was assured that cleaning the inside of the exterior fan unit was also included in the $770 I paid. But I have been contacting them for over 2 weeks now and they are unable to provide me with the before and after photos for this, which leads me to believe it wasn’t done. I just keep getting an answer “yes will send photos tomorrow” but never happens. !I would spend your money on elsewhere.
