We had a great experience with Nest Build, who designed, managed and completed our entire home renovation and extension. The are very honest builders, who always provide fair and accurate advice about the costs and challenges involved and always keep their word. In the design phase, the architect was able to translate our ideas into excellent plans and the process of suggesting changes and making amendments was hassle free. Now we live in the house, we appreciate the functional design even more. Nest Build managed the process of getting plans approved by council, also without hassles. When it came to the construction phase we were pleased to see things moving quickly, but they always paid close attention to quality. The trades people they brought onto our site all did good quality work and were friendly. Our project was disrupted by the long COVID-19 lockdowns in the middle of 2021 which was challenging for the whole building industry and delayed our project by a few months. Nest Build made sure the worksite was safe and followed all rules, stopping when mandated, but also worked hard to minimise delays in challenging circumstances. They kept us updated and navigated all of the work stoppages, delays etc with fairness. We really love our house and recommend Nest Build to our family and friends.
