Michael Hill Hervey Bay

Needed two new rings and walked out with them in less than 20 minutes. (Yes I paid first). The staff are very patient and friendly.

Completely recommend this store, my partner has been back and forth to the store for multiple jewellery and every time we get the best service. Will only buy jewellery from them from now on.

Susannah's customer service was exceptional. I was after a fine necklace for layering with other necklaces and found the perfect one.

I would give 10* if I could. A stone dropped out of a very sentimental ring I hadn't had very long. I was devastated. The next morning I went into Michael Hill Stockland Hervey Bay and my experience got so much better! I seriously can not thank the lovely lady who served me enough for her help and professionalism in assisting me. She didn't have a name tag on but I'd remember her friendly face anywhere. From what started the day before as a devastating experience losing a beautiful stone, turned out to one of relief and gratefulness, all thanks to this staff member. I can't not possibly thank you enough! I know my Nana would very very grateful too as she bought me the ring ❤️I would never hesitate to go back. I highly recommend Michael Hill Jeweller at Stockland Hervey Bay.

Not the same shop as it was when Mark and then Rachel were managing it. Seem to be short staffed and limited knowledge by new management. Have spent alot of money there over the years, but not now

AMAZING customer service, incredibly helpful and respectful. The only jeweller that didn't make me feel like scum because I wasn't buying a $5000 diamond ring. Won't be going anywhere else for jewellery.
