Really incredible service!I had a punctured tyre and brought it to this shop to be repaired. Unfortunately as the nail was on the side of the tyre it needed to be replaced. The whole service took 30 minutes and I was really impressed by how professional everyone was!

Needed new shoes for my Everest. For years I have always purchased tyres from Bob Jane in Nerang. This time around I decided to try Bridgestone in Helensvale and what a fantastic buying experience. From the first phone interaction I was really pleased with the assistance provided. On the day the tyres were booked in the service level was excellent and the staff customer service extremely professional and courteous. Car was ready on time and the checkout process was smooth. Highly recommend if you are in the market for tyres.

This joint doesn’t listen, asked for rear right tire and they did front left. Went back to get it changed & they say they’re flat out with only 2 cars. We explained we have to go camping tonight & it’s 3 hours away which we need to be there by 4 it’s 1:30. He said it ain’t his problem & it’ll get done when it’s done. Considering it was their mistake they should really be more respectful. Never going there again southport from now on.

Really happy with the service provided at Bridgestone. Tony and Nick were a wealth of information and were of a great assistance in selecting the right tyres for my van. I'm glad I listened to their recommendation as the van drives and handles that much better now! I called around and had a few quotes and they were also the most competitive.

Satisfactory service. Quick and quality. Missed my appointment the other day but booked in the next day without any trouble. Helpful to offer me a early slot for wheel balancing. Happy with the service and will get it again for full mechanical servicing of my car. No hassles. Easy as. Nice customer service. Quality matters.

I had taken my Ford ranger there for a 100k service as to only find my air filter not changed but charged for it. The front desk seem nice enough but the mechanics can’t even be bothered to fill up your windscreen water container, this happened twice of the 3 vehicles I had taken there. I’ve decided not to go back to a company that takes short cuts and can’t be bothered to follow up after I rang them.

10/10 service from start to finish.I was a pleasantly surprised to see that guys swapped my rear tyres to the front & then fitted new tires to the rear.Does say that you go above & beyond.Will recommend & will come backThank you!

Great guys saved us over $150 per tyre for our BMW and Pirelli was a much better tyre option than the dealer was offering. Great friendly service and two tyres, rotation and wheel alignment in under 1 hour was fantastic.
