There is no sense of responsibility. The service is the worst. Even if you make a reservation, you cancel it on the same day.

I love this clinic. All the staff are amazing, knowledgeable and really look after their clients. Unlike other clinics you are allocated to one practitioner in who will be looking after you through your entire skin journey. Products are reasonably priced and do actually work. I would recommend to anyone. Best clinic in Ipswich!

I attended my first appointment and filled in all the paperwork. I was asked to go into a room where I was told due to my medication they cannot treat me. I needed to get a doctors clearance and return. It is a very common medication and I found it so awkward and embarrassing to be honest. I decided I will not return as I will go to my previous place. This needs to be discussed prior to pre buying vouchers as I wouldn't have bothered. I was unable to get a refund and was told head office will have to be notified and she will get back to me.Really terrible practice and I won't ever return. I understand your policy is your right. But please disclose before customers pre book or pre buy multiple vouchers. It is already a sensitive topic which medications people take, I left feeling really self concious and embarrased.

decided to try somewhere new n will never go back. the laser did nothing & she was done within 5 mins when it normally takes 20 and u couldn’t even feel it . such a waste of money

Unfortunately, after the therapist made a mistake with the first laser treatment of a package, I was left with permanent scarring on my face. All I asked for was my money back. Three months later, and still waiting... Be very careful about choosing this clinic. To clarify, this was progressed to the owner after I had to chase them up multiple times. They finally agreed to 'fast-track' a refund. That was more than 6 weeks ago.

I've had 4 laser hair removal treatments and I'm absolutely frilled with the service I've been given. The staff are always so helpful and are great at helping me to understand my skin better.

I've been meaning to write this review about one our your amazing Therapist Tara. Tara truly care about the client. I received a laser treatment from her and she made me feel super comfortable and at easy throughout the treatment. I would definitely recommend other to see her. :)

The ladies here make you feel comfortable even when you are having sensitive treatments, they also have deals on treatments all of the time which cut costs greatly.I was left a little confused regarding aftercare after my first appointment so asked about it the next time and all my confusion was cleared up by the receptionist. I also got a free product on a little scratch it which was a great end to my appointment.

Emily is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable during your appointment. I am very pleased with my laser results already and am only 3/12 treatments in. Would highly recommend to anyone!
