Worst customer service! They scribbled over my card which contained 300 dollars. One star is even too much. She said it wasn't her fault even though she did it on purpose.I then asked her where your manager is but she .said that they don't have a managerI then went to Myer and told them about the card. A nice lady works from Myer helped me even though it wasn't their fault myer does have good customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!I needed help with the sizing so I went to ask the employees, 3 employees where chatting and laughing so loud (include 1 of the managers) behind the register and not 1 employee was kind enough to say hi. Very disappointed!!! My cousin wanted to work here and they kept telling her at guess its all about customer service and keeping customers happy and satisfied with their purchases" maybe the manager should teach herself and her employees that and teach them some manners too. Also teach them how to talk to customers nicely. Employees think their like queens rude and disrespectful!!!!! Will never come back to this place ever again!!!"

i visited this store on monday and had a very good experience! i was served by 2 lovely girls sarah and maria. they were honestly so kind and had so much patience for me even though i had no idea what i wanted as im such an indecisive person! haha they really helped me . the fact that there was only two of them on from what i could see i was suprised at how they still managed time for all my questions and getting me all the different styles to make sure i was satisfied. will definitely be returning! thankyou again girls see u soon xx

All the staff are friendly, helpful and just an overall pleasant experience. The clothes are always up to date in fashion and cater for all ages. I'm in my 50's and this store is my addiction. From jeans to tee's to dressy casual and above all glamorous nightwear and shoes. Best shop in Liverpool for price and style.

I went in picked some dresses to try on, no one approached me even though there were 3 staff members standing behind the counter chatting, when looking at shoes i asked if they had any other sizes the girl just gave me a look that she couldn't be bothered helping. Honestly i was very disappointed this is Guess not a reject shop. I expected better service.

Terrible customer service ever from the 2 big and chubby lebo girls who knows nothing about Guess products and looks very disinterested when I asked them a question related to guess handbags and guess watches. I went to Angus and Coote and bought a watch there instead. They lost my business because they rolled their eyes when I asked them a question. Looks like they don't care about serving customers.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!2 girls behind the counter chatting away about the gym and not acknowledging their customers. Spent 500 dollars and was still dealt with attitude when asked them to fold my clothes before STUFFING THEM IN THE BAG!! I’m disgusted!! I’m a loyal guess customer and have been for over 20yrs and I’m honestly angry and disappointed that people like this are representing this ICONIC BRAND smh. Thank goodness for the new trainee as she was the only one who was hospitable!!

I’m a regular customer at GUESS and Liverpool has got to be my go to store. The girls here go above and beyond when trying to locate my sizes across other stores and really delivery a personal customer experience. It’s a shame about their point system and GUESS loyalty that they used to have in store, whereas when I shop for guess clothes at Myer I always receive points with them. I have also noticed their new kids range in store and have been obsessed with the clothes however I would love to see more of a variety of kids clothes and some more promos for loyal customers. Overall exceptional store experience.
