I was required an urgent scan on the morning due to suspected kidney stone, the reception was very helpful, seeing me in such pain, and quickly addressed my concern and efficiently arranged to have the scan done with no time waste. Easy access and plenty of parking, considering you were in pain and just wanna in and out. My doc has the results in a few hours. Excellent service and great efficiency! Just what you needed when you anxiously wanna to know what's wrong!!

This is my first time going for an ultrasound in Australia and my experience was pleasant. I was asked to arrive 10 minutes earlier than my appointment and I really like how I was advised where I can go to park which is under their building that has ample of parking space. I must say the receptionist, Michelle, was quite helpful because without me asking she told me about the QXR Patient Portal and how we can access the images taken. Pretty good experience with them.

good experience for first time. Reception ladies very nice. The man who doing ultrasound for me is very gentle and nice. I don’t feel embarrassing at all.

Sharon was fantastic at the reception. She communicates well and was very patient in helping me settle in before the scan. Lillian was fantastic with my scan & provided good customer service. I hardly felt any pain with the injection by Lillian and she was very patient with her communication. I was in and out for 2 scans very quick. Both Sharon & Lillian was very caring and looked after me during the scans. Thank you both.

Just amazing. I was nervous for my back injections but I needn't be as the staff were very reassuring and professional. Clean and tidy. Just a wonderful experience.

I was at 309 mains road branch and the lady taking my blood for the contrast scan had the tourniquet tied to my arm while attempting to draw blood. Gross incompetence!! Severely hurt me trying to reposition the needle in my arm to access blood as no blood was coming out and tourniquet still tied on my arm. Common sense! The tourniquet was obstructing blood flow. You should first UNSTRAP the tourniquet BEFORE you draw the blood. Tourniquet is used to access the vein only and should never be tied there while you draw blood.
