We met with a few agents before deciding on Marg to sell our home. Why we chose her… from the outset we could see how much she genuinely loves people and the Bayside community. Her integrity as an agent and compassion as a human, made her the perfect person to represent us during the sale of our home, which was a tricky one with multiple titles. However, Marg communicated with us all regularly and was always available when we needed to ask questions. Byron was our agent on selling our childhood family home. He was always extremely respectful to our family and on our position selling the property. He kept us well informed right from day one and we were always on the same page. We knew that he was working for us as the vendor at all times. He was very well versed on the area and on point with the market and gave us honest feedback with statistics that related to the current market at the time we were selling. I would highly recommend him when selling property.

Had my heart set on renting beautiful 9 McCurley but was told my request to sublet one bedroom was denied by the landlord. I wasn’t given the opportunity to negotiate an alternative solution ie allow one additional person to be approved on the one lease. My emails were left unanswered for days and by the time I called for a response the property was already leased. I was not asked to submit an application either. The response I got lacked compassion and a willingness to negotiate on my behalf. If the landlord knew I’m Fed gov employed perhaps they would have considered their options more carefully.

We have been renting from Raine & Horne Wynnum for 3 years and Brigitte was our Property Manager. We were so lucky to have Brigitte, she is caring, understanding and very pleasant. My daughter and I loved having Brigitte as a manager and we probably would have stayed as her tenant for years, but had to move for family commitments. Anyone that has Brigitte for Property Manager is very lucky. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a Real Estate agent before. Brigitte was always quick to respond, she got maintenance issues fixed quickly and was excellent at keeping us updated if we were waiting for issues to be fixed or replacement items. We had great Landlords as well and Brigitte was fantastic at communication between us and the landlords. Anyone that has Brigitte as a property manager has hit the jackpot.
