W.A Gates were very helpful with my enquiry and resolving the problem i had with the operation of my gate .Larisa in the office and Ehud were professional and followed up with me as the part had to be ordered in .The part turned up before i expected and Ehud was efficient in the installation and the set up of my gate .I can highly recommend the team at WA GatesThanks for a great job

Steer Clear! Contacted early December for a gate quote. Was told the fabricator would contact me but didn't.Towards the end of December I eventually spoke to the fabricator that told me it was too close to Christmas holidays, call in January. Called in January I was told I would receive a call back but didn't. Called again at the end of February and was told I would get a call back but didn't. Finally called the company back and told them not to bother.

I ABSOLUTELY can’t recommend WA Gates and Ehud enough!!!!! extremely prompt, very friendly and communicative, actively looked for, and fixed the issue rather than just trying to sell me a whole new gate like the two other technicians I previously contacted (including the original installer)I honestly am just so happy with the service and work conducted by wa gates that if I could give them 10 stars I wouldJonny

Let me tell you a story about an amazing person, while I was stuck at a gas station in Waroona with a malfunction in the rear lights of my trailer, Ehud come to my aid and with his knowledge of electrical systems solved the problem in a few minutes and sent me and my family on our way.He didn't ask for anything in return and made me inform him we arrived safely. It is rare to find such people, I’ll definitely give hive a call for my next gate installation.
