Worst costumer service experience I’ve had at a nail salon, charged me $100 for plain black French nails. I asked the nail tech to make my extensions longer after she had cut them and she became extremely mad and had an go at me which was so inappropriate. She up-charged me from $85 to $100 which she said it was for the “added length” which was not even a half centimetre longer than the previous length. Last time I got these exact nails at this exact salon they cost me $80 for the same length. I have never been up charged for the length of my nails at any other nail salon I’ve been too. Any time you ask for a change to your nails they will charge you more. Don’t work a customer service job if you don’t have customer service skills. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Would never recommend them, they are so rude.

Terrible experience here. Asked for a basic pedicure and was allocated a 12 year old who did not know what he was doing and cut my toe. All nails were shaped differently and uneven. Pedicure took over an hour and was an unpleasant experience. Not sure why children are working here and are being allowed to give full paying customers a terrible pedicure service. Do not recommend visiting this inexperienced establishment.

Usually have a fantastic experience but the last three visits have been unbelievably disappointing and frustrating. Woman working on my nails was very difficult and would not listen to what I wanted after multiple attempts to ask her to change.Also disappointed in the way one of the ladies treated both myself and a friend that was with me. Extremely rude, passive aggressive and difficult to work with.Usually love this place, but you are paying MORE here for a better service and they are simply not delivering that currently.

The manicure is okay but not worth the $85. I asked for oval nails but she made them almond shaped and the application off the gel is uneven and bumpy. She applied some of the tips crooked. They were very unprofessional, I was lucky to have a normal nail tech but the girl next to me was get lectured by hers about asking for longer nails in the beginning not even after the gel or anything. Overall not a good experience for mediocre nails.

The worst nail salon ever. what a waste of $35 don’t go to this place they clearly don’t take pride in their jobs

Fantastic experience! They took their time and made sure nails were the shape I wanted and honestly, I didn't even need a second coat. My first time going there and I'll definitely be going back!

Had to wait a long time which is understandable as they are busy however when I asked for a colour that I had last time I got given numerous of other options making me feel frustrated in the end we finally found the colour which was the exact colour I asked for because I remembered the name and brand.The lady with the ombré clear glasses is very rude she made me feel like a child don’t touch your nails, put your middle finger down, take a photo of the colour and put your elbows down on the table. So rude.Nails are really good however I don’t think I will come back it’s not worth feeling uncomfortable.

Tayla (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) Did an AMAZING job on my nails, so lovely and approachable!!! HANDS DOWN the BEST nails I’ve ever had!! Over the moon thank you so so so much!!

I had a great experience at Elite Nail Bar today after it was recommended by a friend. The nail technician who took care of my nails did such a great job and really took her time perfecting them!Great service :) will definitely come back !

Best and cheapest pedicure I’ve had. We have been travelling in our caravan for 3 months and I was absolutely desperate for a pedicure. I walked into Elite nails and they took me straight away. The girl doing my pedicure was so particular. It was absolutely amazing. I was there for over an hour. The best pedicure ever. Thanks
