Hair Hotel

Very disappointed as I thought I had finally found a great local hair salon. There are some great hairdressers here and I've left feeling confident and refreshed many times before. However almost a month ago I booked an appointment and had a different hairdresser. It seemed my hairdresser was more worried about the timer on her phone. My hair style was uneven, looked hacked on one side and I left the salon with half my hair wet.

Super disappointed - I’ve been going to this salon for quite some time. My regular hairdresser left, so I tried a new hairdresser and was really happy with the colour when I left the salon.Within 2.5 weeks, the colour had completely come out of my hair despite me following care instructions given by the stylist.When I contacted the salon about this, they advised they couldn’t even give me a partial refund despite only having my hair done 2.5 weeks earlier. They told me that the toner that had been used does usually fade out within 4 weeks, but this was never explained to me at the time of my appointment.Very disappointed and upset that I spent over $190 for a colour that didn’t even last 3 weeks, and disappointed that no effort was made to reach a resolution with me.

Went down today to take my boys for haircuts with high expectations. I now have a 7 and 11 year old with hair that is completely hacked, uneven sideburns, looks absolutely terrible. To be honest they could have done a better job if I had given them a pair of scissors. They went in with decent length hair and have come out with awful uneven messes of hair. Extremely disappointed and school starts on Monday and they are not allowed to wear hats to cover up the tragedy that is their hair. My 11 year old hasn't taken his beanie off since he came home.If they cannot cut boys hair they should say that not attempt to cut it and leave 2 kids hair ruined. Really undeserving of even 1 star.

I have been using Hair Hotel since it opened. I have always been happy with haircuts and customer service. Lovely to sit down and relax with a coffee or a cool drink. I don't have a preference with hairdressers and have had my hair done by most staff in this salon and have walked out feeling great every time. Great Work Hair Salon

Went in to the salon to enquire about their services. Met with an unfriendly face (a downright scowl) and atmosphere. Needless to say I turned on my heals. First impressions matter and if you want to get new clients you need to greet them appropriately.

Am happy with the saloon time punctuality and customer focus service. My 4 old boy is very happy .highly recommended.
