Price Attack Belconnen

I had one of the worst experiences in this salon , I moved from QLD and i had done keratin by paying huge $400 only on keratin services which was suggested and promised that it will last at least 5 months by using luxeoil keratin products . Hairdresser use the toning color really bad and it left my hairs with different patches as she was holding too many appointments with other clients , Customer service is the support you offer your customers both before and after they buy and use your products or services that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you. we use the services and paid so we can get maximize outcomes and cannot be disappointed and not to think second time where to go for services . It was very undelighted experience and on the top my keratin effects on hair ripped off even after using the products and i cannot see any effects on my hairs at all . I am so disappointed with your services and i would never recommend anyone . You are charging extravagant and not providing the qualitative services at all . Being living ACT and expensive city people come with hope and wanted to have exquisite services buts its all vanished with my horrible experience , Such a disappointing experience i have and i am so shattered with this .will never recommend anyone

By far the worst haircut I have ever received. I had my hair cut on 25th Nov 2021 and asked for one long layer. What I got was a chunky, uneven, distinct layer that is very noticeable when I straighten my naturally curly hair. Unfortunately, I did not realise how bad my hair had been cut until the night before my grad when I straightened it for the first time in 2 months. I have since had to spend more money to have this mistake fixed by another salon, whose hairdresses were appalled and baffled by how my hair had been cut.

The worst salon experience ever! The hairdresser ‘Beck’ was the most unprofessional inept and rudest I’ve ever encountered!

I have to get it done keratin treatment done by paying high prices which was a lot in the ACT as compared to QLD and NSW. I have asked to use the products as recommended for the hair also after that it was down with toner as keratin always faded your hair colour. Toner has been not used properly and it became red and left with patches where my all highlights were invisible. Finally, I had to do the whole full hair colour after three weeks but it’s been only been month, and I cannot see the keratin effect lasting. Please provide qualitative services as customers pay a lot of prices and this leaves the customer disappointed and not to use services again in future. We value the product so do you need to provide the value expectations of the customers

I had two appointments this week at this salon, the first was a botch job but the worker was lovely during my first cut despite having a bad day and she was apologetic upon my return to have it corrected. The correction job by a different staff member was great.

Was there today and came to the counter to ask for the price of one of the products, person that works there, had no name badge, was extremely arrogant!! Wow!!! As she finished with hairdressing one of the clients she asked me in not so professional way to move over so she can serve that customer first. After there was ALOT of space for that person behind us to walk past to come to the register, the worker was just staring at me and with an attitude basiclly told me to move. I replied to her ‘there is enough space for person to go through, what is the problem’ and she just mumbled swear words which i could hear as well as i was leaving the store she and other colleague that served me started talking to customers about this. Very humiliating! Discusting customer service, will never ever buy again or recommend to anyone to go there. And unfortunatelly can’t give 0 stars which this service deserves it.

I would like to submit a complaint about how much it cost me for a color and cut in the Westfield Belconnen ACT store. The appointment was for Tuesday 9th November at 11 am. I was quoted at $151. The hairdresser, charged me $209. The reason being that she decided to blow dry my hair as well. She did not ask me for this service but did it anyway. So when I noticed how much it cost I was alarmed, especially since I am an aged pensioner and thought $151 was exorbitant! I have never had this happen to me before as the hairdresser has always asked me first, before giving me extra service. I think your hairdressers need to be told, that, if they are giving an extra service, they need to relay this to the customer beforehand.The business responded to my complaint and the issue was resolved in a positive manner.

I had my hair done today by beck , sorry it's bec.She has done an Amazing job in dying my hair.I hadn't had my hair dyed for nearly 3 years so my hair had a lot of gray.Bec had helped me pick out a colour ( which by the way I totally love it ) .Bec is friendly, helpful and I love the fact I can chat away and bec chats back.I No longer see my gray hairs.I stopped dying my hair because my sister passed away in 2020, at the time I thought I would embrace my grey hair .Having grey hair is a privilege of getting older and my sister is no longer here to embrace getting older.I know my sister if she was here, she would have love my new hair colour.I feel like a New Me.A New me for 2023.Ready to embrace 2023.Thank You bec for the New Me.A year full of Positives and Less Negatives.

I regularly get my hair done by Bec at Belconnen price attack, and she does an amazing job. She is so professional and friendly . I use a mobility walker and she always puts me at ease every time I go. Highly recommend for a great service.
