Had the worst experience imaginable with the Service Staff at Renault Osborne Park. My tradesman vehicle full of expensive tools was entrusted with Renault for a basic Aircon repair. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle a number of power tools to the value of over $1600 were missing. None of the Service staff nor dealership management would take responsibility. There was little or no assistance in trying to assist in an investigation to prove the companies innocence. Police were involved, CCTV footage conveniently erased. Stay away from this dealership is my recommendation.

I picked up my car from the service department today and it wasn't cleaned or washed as agreed poor service communicationgreat my loan car wasn't ready either It caused me missing my appointment

I've just purchased a new Renault from Osborne Park Renault, and after just reading some negative reviews, I thought might be best to share my experience. Taris was my sales consultant, and I have never experienced purchasing a new vehicle like the one I experienced with Osborne park. Every member of the team were so friendly and the environment felt welcoming. It was actually great seeing staff members helping each other out, instead of just looking after themselves. The car I wanted to test drive was already at the door waiting for my arrival, which was lovely to see. Taris' knowledge of cars was outstanding. During our test drive, Taris explained everything, in great detail whilst I was driving. On return, my trade-in vehicle was already assessed, so Taris and I sat down to commence pricing etc. Taris made me feel very comfortable, and at NO time did I feel pressured into purchasing. Though, I would've liked more for my trade-in (as we all do) I was very happy with the final outcome and add-on accessories. I understand that their has been new staff and managers come on board, and some reviews have degraded some aspects of this dealership. Let me assure you, that what I witnessed and experienced, was complete 5 stars. This was evident by each sales team member working together, as a team. I also had troubles getting the Apple Car Play working, so called Taris, who immediately cut her lunch short in order to meet me to show me what I had to do. There are always two sides to a story for bad reviews, and those people are certainty entitled to share their experience, like I have done. Though I have a Renault dealership near by, I will be returning to Osborne Park Renault for all my service needs, due to this experience. Taris, thankyou for your outstanding customer service and making me feel comfortable through the complete process. You certainty have my vote for Renault Sales Agent of the year. Thankyou!

Absolutely appalling customer service! I took my van in for a service and general inspection.It took 3 days to service it and fix the brakes! Not once was I contacted to be informed of what was happening to my vehicle, it was up to me!Stupidly I took it back for the last of the repairs and the same thing happened, 3 days of no contact at all!And it’s a wheelchair van that I rely on as my only source of transport.Several thousand dollars later, and they couldn’t give it a wash!

Took the Renault Trafic to them 4 times for the same issue. Ie “check injectors” light came on and the van went into limp mode after reaching 90kmph.On the last three occasions I was told and promised that the issue had been fixed.On the last occasion I asked them to fix the sliding door that wasn’t connected to the vehicle properly.The result? Door flew off whilst driving resulting in an insurance claim (mine as they wouldn’t accept responsibility) and 6 months of waiting for it to be repaired.AND THEY LEFT IT EXPOSED IN THE RAIN THE ENTIRE TIME!VAN NOW HAS ROTTING TIMBER LINING!!!This was after blame was placed on old staff and new staff had been employed.In the end they told me to have someone else look at the van as they could not correctly diagnose and fix the issue.Incompetent and unacceptable. Especially considering they are a Renault dealer!Beware. Stay clear of this dealership!The experience has been very costly, a waste of time and stress put on my business and a backwards step in getting the van fixed.Don’t take your vehicle here for repairs or servicing.Does not have to be a dealership to service or repair your car to keep it under warranty - it’s what they have you believe to gain business.
