Today i went there for my threading and hair cut but the lady who works there , has no experience , she doesn’t even know how to talk with your customers , very rude and unprofessional , she gave me so much pain and cuts , i feel so guilt why i went there she done my both eyebrows with different shapes when i told her that shape is different then she said its problem in my brows like its my first time I haven’t know about the shape of my eyebrows then i changed my mind for hair cut…

Worst experience ever!! I wish we had some negative stars to report cuz this business not even deserves 1 star. Specially the perm lady- Parminder. I got my smoothning done from her and half of the hair is broken. Broken in half. I mean this is so so bad. DO NOT go here if you love your hair. Most of the time this lady was talking over phone. Commenting other staff and was so reckless.

Best part about it , you visit once , explain what you want and next time no questions asked. Surprisingly, they remember what style you had last time. Very friendly staff. Kulwinder is always a top notch host. Great place to visit

Worst customer management. Tried explaining my part to change the appointment but very rude handling the appointment changes, that is before no show. Never ask for appointment. Very rude behaviour.

Paid 90$ for the haircut and colour and I had the worst haircut I ever had and they used wrong colour even after I told them several times. Overpriced and substandard service.

Worst experience I have ever had .. .lady had no experience in hair cutting and also very rude to customer. I would request not to go to this salon (Facelook). Waste of money and time !!

Hi everyone, this is my first and last experience ever in my life.. i went their for long layers she said fine i can do .. when she cut I don’t know which cutting she done for me. No matches no layers no nothing. I think she don’t know how to do cutting or just making money that’s all.. Seariously don’t loose your hairs with their zero experience. If anyone wants i can share photos aa well..
