Justin of YDJ has dealt directly with me during my whole time with this agency. They sponsored my visa (twice) from Canada to Australia. Justin has also found me locum positions in the various towns I wanted to work in. Because of this, I now work in some of the most beautiful places in Western Australia. He picks up his phone at all hours to help me out (for example, a city I was working in didn't have my keys ready and Justin found me a hotel that night). I'm writing this months after I ultimately switched to another recruiting agency. I found Trish to be very unprofessional. She would call 1-2 hours late each time and she was very distracted (could hear her washing the dishes over the phone, speaking to her children during meetings). You could tell she did not remember who you were each time you spoke, and there were clear oversights that the other agency picked up immediately. I ultimately went with a different agency who had my interests at heart and thanks to them, my credentials have been successfully transferred. I must say that they have an Australian office who were absolutely lovely and helpful, it's a shame I didn't get to continue with YourDoctorJobs.
