Ash Palms
This place really felt like a home away from home. Often when I travel for work, I find I’m always missing something, an iron or a microwave or a washing machine or a cook top, but this place had all these things and more. Very clean, smelled fresh as a daisy and the lady who checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. I was only in for the one night but could comfortably spend the week. 10 outa 10

Sherilee was THE most wonderful host, going out of her way to make us feel welcome. The accommodation was great with all that you need, including washing machine and dryer. Highly recommended.

Ash Palms
The Ash Palms was clean and comfortable, I stayed there for 3 weeks in a self contained unit. The management made it feel like a home away from home experience. The self contained unit provided me with everything i needed and more including austar. I wont hesitate to recommend the Ash Palms to anyone looking for accomadation in Weipa.

I have stayed in what must be 150+ motels and hotels around Australia. This place may not be the newest I've stayed at, but the rooms are kept remarkably clean and tidy, are well maintained and equipped, and the owners here are absolutely lovely!
