Excellent service, would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I want to give this woman 0 stars she was so utterly rude. No “Hi, how are you?” not even any acknowledgment when i walked in. Before I could even ask her what i would like done and before i even pulled out the clothes that needed altering to show, immediately said she has no time this week (I wasn’t expecting it done this week) and told me to leave. Horrible business do not recommend. Awful human.

At the very least, could you offer a smile or basic acknowledgment when someone walks in before you tell them that you in no way want to help them out.

My mother in law put me onto Karen many years ago. No longer do I have to put up with clothes that don't fit just right. Since finding Karen I have realised how important a good tailor is. Not to mention her pricing is very reasonable.

I've brought in numerous items of clothing for resizing and every time done to perfection. A very reliable, honest and professional grade result.

Our experience was fabulous. So friendly, a lovely woman, easy to deal with, and great service. We had about 10 pairs of shorts altered, with pockets added etc, and hubby couldn't be happier. We would recommend to anyone, and will definitely be back...Thank you!

I’ve been using Karens’s alteration services for several years now and continue to be impressed with her skill, efficiency and friendly service. As well as her fast turn around times given how busy she is.I’ve had several school blazers, school dresses and long pants altered, along with many tricky waistbands and items for a teenage daughter ( who is very particular!)There have also been situations where Karen has taken the time to speak with me and work through a solution to ‘not your average alteration request!’On numerous occasions I have asked Karen her opinion of online purchases and have really appreciated her honest and knowledgeable feedback ( both favorable and not…thank goodness for returns!)I can’t recommend Karen’s Alteration Services, highly enough

Karen is a great seamstress and is always busy with regular clients. Her work is brilliant feel comfortable giving her your best outfits for alteration!
