Getting trained by Harrison helped improved my speed and agility in only a few sessions. I received a great personalized plan that suited my exact needs. His in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology helped me understand my body better and his great sense of humor made the sessions lots of fun! Great price and well worth it!

Harrison has transformed my keeping experience. I was initially looking for a few skills to improve my save rate, but Harrison’s coaching completely transformed my game. He was able to break down my playing style, isolate flaws and provide me with the tools to improve my performance match on match. Harrison also coached keeping mentality, how to stay in the game mindset to make your next save and how to trust your own judgement, rather than be distracted by shouts from the sideline.
